Withdrawal form
This form follows the standard template under Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code. You may send it by email or post.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons or paying penalties.
This period runs from the day on which you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the last item ordered.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, using the form below or any other unambiguous statement.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding express options), no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
Direct return costs are borne by you, unless the parcel is returned unopened (see our Returns & refunds page).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. customisation requested when ordering).
For other Petits Phares products, returns are accepted within 14 days for non-personalised items in perfect condition and original packaging.
