WHAT NOTEBOOK FORMAT DO YOU OFFER?

My notebooks are A5 (14.8 × 21 cm), with 64 lined pages, a rigid cover and PEFC/FSC-certified paper. Ideal for notes, sketches and journaling.

ARE YOUR TOTE BAGS WASHABLE?

Yes, machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, turned inside out. The OEKO-TEX cotton stands up to daily use; avoid the tumble dryer to preserve the screen printing.

CAN I GIVE A NOTEBOOK + TOTE BAG DUO AS A GIFT?

Yes! The Terre & Mer set pairs an illustrated notebook with a matching tote bag. Add "gift" in the order notes for a handwritten note.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

My products are prepared to order. They are shipped within 1 to 4 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and any closures shown on the site). This does not include delivery, which depends on the carrier.

For special dates (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), this may take longer : follow me on social media for any updates.

I do my best to ship your order quickly. Urgent shipping requests cannot be accommodated.

WHAT IS THE "PICK-UP AT LOCOAL-MENDON" DELIVERY OPTION?

This free option lets you collect your order directly from my workspace by appointment only. I will contact you to arrange a time slot.

Handy if you live nearby! In some cases, for neighbours and only when I am available, I can deliver to your home via this option.

HOW LONG AFTER SHIPPING WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This depends on the delivery method you chose when placing your order.

• Chronopost: 3 to 6 days to your selected pickup point

• Colissimo: 2 to 6 days to your home

• UPS: 1 to 4 days to your home

Check the carriers' websites for full delivery details.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your delivery is scheduled, an email with your tracking number is sent to you automatically.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT : CAN YOU WRITE A LITTLE NOTE?

Yes! When ordering, mention it in the "order notes" and leave the kind words I will write for you on the back of the care card included with your order.
